New Philadelphia education plan announced at The Center

Philadelphia School Partnership pledges financial aid for turnarounds – The National Constitution Center served as the venue for an important announcement from the Philadelphia School Partnership, a collaboration of businesses, philanthropies, and educators from public, private, and charter schools that has embarked on a campaign to raise money over the next five years to accelerate the pace of school improvements in the city.
