Will America “win the future” by out-innovating competitor nations as President Obama asserted last month in his State of the Union Address? Or is the country in decline, destined to share the fate of other once-great powers as rival nations gain economic strength. Just two days after President Obama’s Jan. 25 State of the Union Address, former President Bill Clinton, who chairs the National Constitution Center’s Board of Trustees, addressed those questions in a conversation at the World Economic Forum in Davos Switzerland.
