Note only the Roman Catholics voted in pro-fascist ‘Citizen United’s’ majority as with the treasonous ‘Bush v. Gore’ decision illegally appointing a homosexual draft-dodger, the son of one of JFK’s assassins, the grandson of Hitler’s banker, to the presidency, to commit 9/11, and abomination with his $200 prostitute James Guckert/”Jeff Gannon.”

If corporations can’t become American citizens and vote, even though they were born (created) in the U.S., they clearly can’t be considered to be people. Constitutionally, people born in the U.S. are citizens and can vote, if old enough. Corporations are shells – legal mechanisms through which rich people can make secret, unlimited donations to affect political campaigns. The rest of us, who don’t control corporations, are prohibited by law from doing this. This violates the equal protection clause.

look at News Corp IBM how many foreign nationals own stocks in these co. and they can donate as much as they like to PAC’s.

This law suit points out the incongruent and inconsistent nature of the SCOTUS ruling. IMO, Citizen’s United should be overturned. Corporations are not people.

If they want to contribute to elections then they should go the route & become American citizens.
