If corporations can't become American citizens and vote, even though they were born (created) in the U.S., they clearly can't be considered to be people. Constitutionally, people born in the U.S. are citizens and can vote, if old enough. Corporations are shells - legal mechanisms through which rich people can make secret, unlimited donations to affect political campaigns. The rest of us, who don't control corporations, are prohibited by law from doing this. This violates the equal protection clause.

This law suit points out the incongruent and inconsistent nature of the SCOTUS ruling. IMO, Citizen's United should be overturned. Corporations are not people.
