The National Constitution Center’s Jeffrey Rosen joins leading privacy experts Peter Swire and Benjamin Wittes to break down President Obama’s speech about NSA reforms and what it really means for Americans.

NSAlogocroppedSwire is the Nancy J. and Lawrence P. Huang Professor, in the Law and Ethics, at George Tech University. He was one of five members of the Review Group on Intelligence and Communications Technologies, which was appointed by President Obama to investigate NSA reforms.

Wittes is editor in chief of the popular Lawfare blog and a Senior Fellow in Governance Studies at the Brookings Institution. He is the author of several books and a member of the Hoover Institution’s Task Force on National Security and Law.

In this wide-ranging audio discussion, Rosen, Swire and Wittes explore the various details of Obama’s proposals, and the various issues involving the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court, Congress and the future of privacy reforms and national security issues.
