Criminal Justice
Criminal justice is the system by which the government at all levels maintains order, with the powers of government limited by many important rights guaranteed in the Constitution, such as due process of law, the right to a fair trial, and protection against unreasonable searches and seizures. Citizens also have the responsibility to help our nation “establish justice” by serving on juries.
